As a system provider, we supply application-specific power units with nominal pressures of up to 350 bar to ensure optimum performance. Our products are designed and manufactured to complement our cylinders but can also be ordered separately and integrated with your specific system. We can also provide hydraulic power units with ATEX certification for explosive atmospheres.
 

Individual design of hydraulic power units and components

Die The power unit is the core of every hydraulic system. We individually design and manufacture slim and powerful units to meet specific customer requirements. Depending on the application, our units are built with aluminium, steel or stainless steel containers with a volume of up to 2,000 litres. We can also supply larger special containers, additional oil trays to protect the environment, weatherproof canopies or special noise-reducing casings.
 

A specific hydraulic power unit for specific loads

Highly accurate valve blocks guarantee a fast precision finish even at volume flow rates of up to 750 litres per minute. If necessary, the units can be equipped with integrated cooling circuits with oil, water or air heat exchangers that reliably withstand high temperatures and particularly frequent activation. We are happy to talk to you about individual specifications, industry-specific regulations or special requirements relating to paintwork and layout of the units.
 

Documentation, inspection and certification for all hydraulic power units

Every system comes with comprehensive documentation and system-specific data sheets. We will carry out inspections and provide certification for all components in accordance with recognized standards on request. Our range also includes ATEX-certified units for use in explosive atmospheres.
