Wolf Safety takes pride in the extensive after-sales, maintenance, repair and spares service available to all customers.
Maintenance & Repair
Regular maintenance is essential to minimise the risk of failures to your equipment and all Wolf Safety products are designed to be user serviceable and easily maintained. We offer technical advice and training on the operation and maintenance of products plus access to product support videos and comprehensive product information including:
- Certification Certificates (ATEX, IECEx, Ex, Lloyds, FM)
- Product Operational and Maintenance Instructions
- Technical Product Leaflets
Our in-house product engineers offer inspection, maintenance and repair services for products within (see policy below) and out of warranty. All equipment is repaired and serviced using the correct techniques and spares and returned to its optimum performance. Please contact us to discuss your specific repair requirements and the options available to you.
Spares
A full spares service is offered for all internal and external product fittings and accessories. Product specific spares are detailed within the product operational and maintenance instructions.
Warranty
All Wolf Safety products are guaranteed against faulty materials and/or workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of purchase, subject to normal user service and the manufacturer’s operating instructions supplied with the product, and in accordance with the International IEC Standards on Inspection and Maintenance of electrical installations of Hazardous areas (other than mines). This warranty includes LED light sources and rechargeable batteries, but does not include incandescent bulbs and primary cells.
We have a policy of immediate investigation of any warranty claim that might arise, for its validity and also in order to ascertain that no adverse trends or larger problems exist.
