These grinders exhibit their effectiveness for in-channel installation and as screenings grinders. They can be installed easily for specific uses.

Description

These grinders are installed in pump stations and water channels.  They prevent clogging of pumps by grinding debris in the influent.  (When the inflow amount is large, grinders with rotating screen are more effective.)
They exhibit effectiveness as horizontal grinders when used to grind collected screenings in a sand basin facility, etc.

Features

  1. They are dual-shafted grinders. Screenings are ground efficiently by cutters installed on the drive shaft and the driven shaft rotating at different speeds.
  2. When installed in a water channel, you can use a submersible motor or provide an extended shaft between the motor and the cutter. So you will have no problem even if the channel is deep.
  3. When used as grinders for collected screenings, they can be equipped with screenings receiving hoppers and a discharge chute. You can also make the maintenance easy by attaching a movable carriage.

Track Record

A lot of these grinders (over 150) have been installed in pump stations and sand basin facilities.
