Decanter mounted with the CIP System

Description

The FMD Decanter is developed for the various cleanness-demanding processes such as food and medicine processing. It is employed in the treatment processes of fish meat, beer or soybean milk in the food industry and used in the separation processes of protein and various fungi in the pharmaceutical industry. The CIP (cleaning-in-place) system rinses the inside of the rotor automatically, and prevents bacteria from growing in solids. It releases you from toil of bowl overhaul and flushing. FMD Decanter brings further benefits; increase of a yield ratio and reduction of operation hours and the space.

Features

  • Wet areas are buff-finished and mirror-surfaced stainless steel. Solids hardly stick on.
  • Cleaning of the casing by nozzle flushing.Washing out of remaining liquid by a turn of the CIP valve. 
  • Residue removal by the automatic cleaning system
  • Sterilizing SIP type is also available.
